Foundry: Equipped with advanced resin sand production line, intermediate frequency electrical furnaces, blasters, and a special painting room, the company provides designing, developing and production of parts in material standards of GB, ASTM, DIN, EN and JIS according to clients’ requirements.
      Precision Mechanical Machining Factory: It is composed of a thermostat machining center shop and a general machining shop. The machining center is well equipped with several sets of large and intermediate sizes of horizontal machining centers with four-axis linkage and fully closed, imported from Japan and Germany;  domestic vertical CNCs, vertical machining centers. The general machining shop consists of boring & milling machines, vertical lathes, turning machines, milling machines and drilling machines.
      Hi-tech Laboratory: a spectrometer imported from Germany, a comprehensional material testing machine, a metallurgical analysis device, a non-destructive detector, and a large scale CMM, etc. 
      The company attaches importance of research and development of innovation and investment in environmental protection.  So far, besides being granted with eleven patents,  it is also authorized with several qualifications and standards, such as  environmental standard, beautiful factory compound, admittance qualification to the state’s foundry industry.
