◆Core Competence: A comprehensive delivery schedule management system       

    Starting with reception of an order, the relative project manager takes the lead in the process of evaluating the  
    order content, arranging the project schedule and keeping tracking of the progress.  A monthly schedule 
    management sheet is made for the next month for finally assessing the management effect to meet the   
    customers’ requirements by all means.

     Among all the employees, those who hold technical professional titles accounts for 12%, and 23% of the 
     employees hold junior college degrees, with 11%  with technical development department and quality 
     management department. Of all the executive staff, 90% are of advanced
